The first one we got couldn’t be completely assembled because of a faulty screw so we had to take it back and get another and start all over again. It is very comfortable once we completed it.

I use the chair daily and in the few months I have owed it I would not recommend buying. The base of the chair makes a loud scraping noise like metal grating on metal (not ideal on video or conference calls) and cannot be eliminated with oil. This morning the part that holds the right arm pad to the arm frame broke and the arm pad lifts off the arm frame. I expected the chair to last longer than 6 months.
