Despite being a little difficult in latter stage of assembly joining seat to the back the chair was well packed and the instructions clear to follow. I did like the packaging of the screws and covers as they were in plastic clearly marked with each stage that corresponds with the instruction drawing. The chair is comfortable rated for 3 to 5 hours of sitting. I have only done a two hour sessions so far but not a problem. It is a wide seat which is very welcome as the rom prevents cramping. I chose the black over the grey more formal. Arm rests are solid yet comfortable. Apart from the assembly taking a while a well-made comfortable chair.

I don't expect this chair to last more than a year. Very nice looking. Once I had it assembled I sat in it and felt all of the connections flex. I'm 5'11" and 175lbs I've never had a manager chair flex like this; certainly isn't worth full price on this definitely get it on sale. My previous chair (different model from a different store) has held on for 3-4 years and still felt strong only problem was the cushion had finally compressed and the PU leather was flaking off faster than I could sweep it up. I expect to see the same happen here by May 2021.
