You Get What You Pay For

I went to the store and tried several chairs. This one was comfortable and a decent price so I ordered it. It was easy to put together so that adds a star. It doesn't feel like the one in the store. The seat is much harder and it DOES NOT RECLINE unless you are 500 lbs. I got rid of a chair that was beat up thinking this would be better. I'd rather have my old chair back. Spend your money on better quality.

Had to get a new office chair to be able to work remotely from home. Chose this because it looked the cushiest but also the cheapest in the executive style chair I was looking for. was difficult to assemble by myself but I made due. Only reason I gave 4/5 stars is because the little side Plastic piece that is meant to cover the screws keeps popping off and doesn’t quite fit right. So far the chair has been great.

Very attractive and comfortable chair but a few pieces such as the cosmetic armrest panels do not fit correctly. Seems to be some imprecision in the design. If this were a boat it would sink.

This chair is comfortable to sit in BUT the only thing holding the back onto it is the 2 screws on each arm rest and those constantly come loose!! The fact that it’s a month old and they have to be tightened often is ridiculous! I had hopes for this chair and it does look good and it’s super comfortable but the arms are always loose and one day the back will fall off!

I purchased this chair (and a desk) to work on my Capstone project for school. I’ve spent a lot of time in this chair in the short weeks since I purchased it. I suffer from lower back pain pretty terribly so a comfortable chair is a must. Super simple to assemble with easy to follow instructions with pictures... my favorite.

I have only been using the chair for a WEEK and when I get up from the chair the leather part of the seat has ripples in it. To me that's an indication that the seat does not have enough filling in the rear portion of the seat. The front portion of the seat looks and feels fine. I feel this condition can only get worst and uncomfortable. The back also has ripples.To soon for this to happen.
