This chair looks good however it's poorly made and only lasted 6 months before it broke. Don't waste your money.

After many hours of searching for the right chair for my husband's office the search is finally over. This chair is well made nice looking and VERY comfortable. It was a welcome surprise and he is very pleased.

My original order for this chair had to be replaced because of the chair arms were not matching in height. I believe the pre-drilled holes on the seat were slightly off by 1/2". So I called customer service and the exchange process went very smoothly. Staples resent me a new replacement chair the next day! Great work customer service center! The Mcallum BLM chair is nice and comfortable. I can sit in it a full day while working at home. I'm very happy and satisfied with ordering this chair on-line. Overall ordering thru Staples is seamless and efficient and I would be glad to order other items when the need arises. Thanlks
