In under 4 months this chair is a tremendous disappointment. The tilt feature is does not stay tightened and it has created a dangerous situation when leaning back. An annoying squeak is now evident when readjusting body posture in the chair or pushing away from the desk. I would not recommend this chair at all. It is defective and we are disappointed that this may not be returned.

I thought chair was better quality after everyone leaving reviews but don’t trust them. My chairs arm cushions are already flat after a week and when leaning back in chair it feels like it will fall apart. Arms and back move like cheap plastic. Spend alittle more for metal arm rest or wood. These plastic part chairs don’t last.
