This chair is poorly made with very cheap parts. I am not over the weight limit of the chair and the whole base metal broke now my chair leans. I wont get a replacement for about 30 days.. Thanks with leaving me with no chair for a month!

Having chair picked up in weymouth store instead of Braintree was a nightmare. I was told the chair would be ready next day. Great. Got email that evening that stated there was no chair and a check would be refunded. I called Weymouth store and chair was no where to be found. Next day I get email chair is ready. Lots of confusion
