Packing excellent. Instructions clear and parts well labeled. As instructions say do not tighten bolts until told to do so. Seat is firm (more than the La-Z-Boy chair this chair replaced). Warranty is 5 years versus 10 for La-Z-Boy. I do not like the location of the seat height handle. It is so far back that you need to be off the seat in order to allow it to rise. People do not want to use this often however if only one person uses the chair and they have settled on the height they like. Overall in the second week - I like the chair for the price.

I am well pleased with my purchase of the chair. Well constructed nice looking plenty of cushions. Only one thing I wish all companies would do is to make the seat longer in front and tilt down a little more in the back so my legs wouldn't hurt if I'm on the computer very long.

For the money this chair is an excellent value. It was a bit difficult to attach the arms to the rest of the chair but doable. Just be aware you will probably need two people to accomplish. The seat and back of the chair give very good support. The bonded leather is nice but not terribly durable; we already have a little spot on the arm where it tore. All in all however you really can't go wrong.
