For the most part I really like it. For me the selling point was that when it's in tilt it very easily does tilt. Most other chairs you have to put forth some effort others you really got to push back. And it is pretty comfortable. For me the only drawback is that it's leather. I was looking for a different material for a chair because I didn't want to have to do the extra stuff needed to take care of leather plus if sitting in it in shorts you stick to the chair. I bought it because the very few Staples had at the time I hated. And I needed one right away so settled on this one. Putting it together was pretty easy EXCEPT for connecting the back to the arms. The directions have you connect the arms first to the seat then to the back. I had a heck of a time -- by myself -- doing this. Made me think that quite possibly it would be easier to attach the arms FIRST to the back then to the seat. It would be awkward but I think more do-able. Yes I would recommend.

Overall the chair is very comfortable but the seat is pretty deep. Definitely for a taller person (over 5' 8"). Otherwise great value.
