I ordered this chair for use in my home office. It arrived within five days in an undamaged box with great protective packing inside. The assembly took me about fifteen minutes and was very easy to follow and all tools were included. The chair is very comfortable sturdy and durable. My only complaint is that it leans slightly forward. This could be due to my smaller frame as I find myself scooting to the front of the seat often to better position myself at my workstation. I recommend this product.

I bought this chair in November 2021 and had to return it (4) days later due to a weak wood seating platform. The replacement was manufactured poorly and after assembling it the back portion of the chair leans to the right. I have purchased at least (4) office chairs from the same location without fail and this chair IS the worst chair that I have ever purchased in terms of durability. I do not and will not recommend it to anyone.

Decent product but good for long sitting time

The chair is pretty decent if you can tolerate it for more than an hour. The back is well padded but I guess it will take time for it to soften up so that you can sink into it. The chair doesn't drop down as far as I would like it so it bangs up against a low computer desk.
