The chair is wonderful and for the most part the instructions were too. But I did have problems getting the back onto the chair and it took a while to figure that out since I was having problems aligning the holes for the screws. But it is a very comfortable well-made chair.

Once we got the chair together it was comfortable. Trying to put it together was not! None of the screws lined up even after hand tightening them first.

It takes a lot of effort to move along my flooring. And I have floor protector not on carpet. My previous chair glided much smoother. Possibly the wheels just need to loosen up I don't know.
