I like this chair. But the assembly instructions need some improvement to one of the steps. The instructions show the arms attached to the seat and then to the back. It should be the other way around. I tried to follow the instructions and could not get the back upright. I undid the arms from the seat attached them to the back and then to the seat. With that modification to the instructions I could give the chair 5 stars.

Simple to assemble it can be done alone as a small challenge but having another person to hold pieces together would be a plus. This chair is very comfortable and supportive! It was a birthday present surprise for my husband who needed a serious upgrade from the simple standard office chair he was using. The cat likes it too for naptime. We have had the chair for five months now and no problems thus far. Highly recommend this chair for price and value.
