Wow assembly instructions and screw holes that all match I am impressed. Seems to be a well made and constructed piece of furniture ask me again in six months when I have worn an outline of my rear end into the seat.

Broke within a year

Bought this chair in Mar 2021 it broke within a year. And by broke I mean that the back of the chair literally pushed back and off of the frame for the seat thus rendering the chair utterly useless. I have bought 3 different chairs from Staples over the past 5 years and every. single. one. of them breaks within 2 years.

The arm rests are very low when I placed my arms to rest It made me slouch. The lumbar is also too far out. Cant sit straight because it bounces back so no ergonomic structure at all.

This replaced a well used (8-10 hrs/day for 6 years) Staples brand chair that I had come to like so much that I worried I wouldn't find a similarly comfortable (for me) chair but after a week of using it I think this will just as good as the old one. As additional comment I can attest that Staples stands behind their chair warranties. I would recommend and buy again.
