The chair arrived the day after I ordered it so could not get better there. The chair itself is definitely a good chair and I would recommend it to others. The only issue I have with it is the arms. The base of the arms is too wide so collects dust.

I am well pleased with my purchase of the chair. Well constructed nice looking plenty of cushions. Only one thing I wish all companies would do is to make the seat longer in front and tilt down a little more in the back so my legs wouldn't hurt if I'm on the computer very long.
