I am so pleased with the chair I chose from the many on your web pages. I sit for long periods of time sewing doing my book work and studying. Therefore I need a very comfortable chair in which to accomplish these tasks with a minimum amount of discomfort. There personnel at this store are amazing. When I drove up to the spot to pick my chair up curbside and gentleman stopped apparently on his way in to work asked if he could help. When I told him I was there to pick up an office chair he went into the store got my chair brought it out and put it in my car. So polite and extremely helpful. I could never have got it in the car myself. Amazing employees from the gentleman that called me and told me my order was ready through the receipt of my chair. THANK YOU

The chair definitely looks amazing. Adds to the interior of my office. Nevertheless the chair squeaks when you rock. I tried all combinations of adjustments it still squeaks. And I thought it was something that I did wrong in assembly. But that was not the case. The seat is not firmly fixed. It wobbles. The steel nail comes off easily (I did not assemble that part it came assembled) and then the seat just falls off to one side. It's a pain to keep putting back that screw in place every time. That's a manufacturing defect. The frame itself is not well fit. It came that way built from the manufacturer. It's equally expensive not robust. The cushions are ok. A little firmer cushion is my taste but that could be an individual preference. There is minimal to no lumbar support.
