Still very nice chair after one month! The instructions are clear but it was very challenging to attach the back to the side handles. Five stars for quality and price 3 stars for ease of assembly.

We liked the chair but you get what you pay for. Chair was inexpensive and quality and sturdiness of chair is in question. Guess we'll see over time.

The chair is well made probably the better made of the Staples chairs I've owned over the years however there is a tendency to slide forward in this chair. For work typing etc. it's fine but sit back and read and one may find themselves heading toward the floor. Previous chairs I've owned had a bucket-like seating bottom and a higher cushion of padding the the bend of the knee. This chair however doesn't have that and slopes forward. Once again probably ergonomically correct for typing but that's not all I use my home office for. It's annoying.
