This chair is very comfortable and has great back support. It’s the first chair that raises high enough that my legs are are the proper angle.

The seams were not straight in the back of chair. It was too loose and rocky. I returned it and did not get back the fee for assembly.My wife did not like setting in the chair and she is the one who uses it the most. She was very uncomfortable with the chair.

Overall the chair is fine. Comfortable but even at $150+ you get what you pay for. Even when you lock it to keep it from leaving back there is a decent amount of play. Almost feels like all of the parts are flexing to keep the chair together. Probably wouldn’t buy it again but not going to return it. All screws were tightened equally but you can see the fitment isn’t really that good.

Item was well packed with no visible defects. All parts were there with easy instructions and tool. Very comfortable chair with good padding. Had one before for over six years but padding finally gave out. One down side is that the seat height mechanism will not hold the chair level and at a consistent height. Will most likely have to return the mechanism. Otherwise good chair for the money.
