This isn't the normal hackneyed review it's more an apology mixed with awe. I ordered this chair and had untenable difficulties with it ending up with a product that was unusable grotesque painful in fact. Staples replaced it immediately without fuss or bother or reserve with a chair that's simply perfect for me. Now the first chair? It was totally my own fault for assembling it wrong! Staples as I said gave me a new one. It is elegant utilitarian and sturdy. Thank you Staples you went way beyond what was called for. I am sorry for the problem. Great product; great company.

We brought two of these office chairs. They were pretty easy to put together we only had one problem with one of the chairs. The left cover for one of the chair arms was not molded correctly and I had to trim it so that it would fit correctly. Other than that these are great office chairs.

For the money this chair is an excellent value. It was a bit difficult to attach the arms to the rest of the chair but doable. Just be aware you will probably need two people to accomplish. The seat and back of the chair give very good support. The bonded leather is nice but not terribly durable; we already have a little spot on the arm where it tore. All in all however you really can't go wrong.
