I love this chair I feel like a boss when I sit in it. It's comfortable and cushioned yet feels sturdy enough to maintain good posture. There aren't a whole lot of features other than tilting back and adjusting the height but what else do you really need? The set up was not that difficult. I was pleasantly surprised by how all of the parts were separated and labeled. Excellent chair for an affordable price!
I love this chair and love staples especially for Office Chairs. If you want to physically see the chair Staples is the best place. I can see more than 25 chairs in display. Other stores keep 1 or 2 chairs in display
This chair looks nice but is low quality cushioning and also leans one way/off center.

Seat depth is only 18.5" and even though I am a 5'5" woman I have longer legs and this is not enough seat depth for me. Seat is firm back is firm. If you want a cushy chair this is not the one for you. I wish I hadn't bought this chair and just wanted and invested in a better chair or waited for a sale on one of the nicer ones.
I love my new office chair. It came with easy to follow assembly instructions and when followed they worked. The chair is very comfortable and it comes with a very flexible height adjustment.
I thought I had purchased the same chair just an updated version. Chair is very uncomfortable cushion is not as think as it says it is. I needed a chair that was easy on my tailbone the previous chair I had met my needs perfectly. This version of the chair is not. I would not recommend this chair for anyone
One of the things that is the worst abot these reviews is so many of them are written shortly after the chair is purchased. Hard to get a read on durability. Well I figured SINCE Im back online shopping for ANOTHER office chair a scant 16 months after I spent $170-ish dollars on the last office chair I might as well help some folks out while Im here Bought this chair in the beginning of DEC 2021. Things were good for the first few months until April of 2022 when the pad from the right arm snapped off one day and I tried to push myself up in my seat. The plastic houseing that holds the screw from the bottom pf the pad into the fram snapped. I used JB Quik Weld which worked for a few months but eventually that gave way as well. I now have the pad affixed with a healthy amount of packing tape (fits in beautifully with the decor) Then in October of 2022 the lift started to give up. Id be sitting down working and start dropping and dropping until Id bottom out. SOme days I have to readjust it once and it hold again for a while some days Im re-adjusting every 15 minutes for what seems like forever. Now finally in FEB of 2023 is when things reached a head. The holes for the screws from the base plate into the chair rounded out so now the chair sits askew on the base plate. Slants forward and to the left. If I hold mysel fup with my foot its ok but a lot of days when Im don working my lower back is wrecked from using my core uscles to stabilize
