Comfort level is good but the chair started having problems the moment it was put together. The arm has now pulled away from the metal the air hydraulic doesn't stay up anymore it goes down gradually as it pleases. The chair has always wobbled from side to side. I have taken it apart and re-put it together. However the other chair that I got for my fiancé a month earlier different style has held up nicely and still works great. So this one as I have finally remembered how to get into the system will be having a claim filed and be sent back.
