My husband purchased this chair for me for Mother’s Day. It was replacing my current chair which had become extremely uncomfortable. I make jewelry and sit for hours at my work table this chair is so unbelievably comfortable! My back does not get stiff like it usually does I highly recommend!
Work from home became permanent and needed a new chair for my desk. Went to staples and sat on a bunch and this was the one I decided on. Great chair for the price. Comfortable and easy to assemble. Happy with my purchase.

Just got this delivered. Took about 20mins to assemble but also drinking beer :) pretty straight forward instructions (8 screws...comes with tool). Very comfy and great price. Delivered on time. Concerns with the base not being "secured" but feels very stable and I am 6'1" 265lbs. Very please with the purchase!
At the time before receiving this Mcallum Chair I was concerned about how functional this chair was going to be because the last chair I bought I had troubles keeping it set the chair was going UP and Down on her own with no way to keep it steady this one is a winner.
The chair was an excellent price. When I got it home I was so pleased with the firmness of the cushions and comfortable back support. I got the chair because I was sitting in an old wooded kitchen chair to do my work. I am so enjoying the comfort of my new friend. Very pleased.

Single most agonizing seat I've ever owned.

I have worn out one chair after another over the decades. Some cheap some with a high price tag everything in between. It was very comfortable to sample in the store. Owning and using it for more than 20 minutes at a time is one of the worst decisions I made last year - and I voted for Kamala. The arm rests do not retract very far and will cut off circulation to your entire arm if you're trying to sit upright. Putting them down basically denies access to every desk I've tried without feeling like I needed a booster seat. The whole thing will actually roll away on flat surfaces so I HAVE to keep my feet planted - not just flat on the ground I mean supporting my legs so that I don't inadvertently start going on an adventure. It's not even a matter of the wheels being well-greased. Pushing against the ground to back away from my desk or in any other direction is work. But so long as the wheels are lined up in the same direction - which just happens naturally if you move the chair AT ALL - it just wants to move. Far worse than all else it is lopsided. Because it's lopsided my entire body leans to compensate just so I can focus on what I'm doing and it has been absolutely horrible for my generally painless spine. I've tried moving my rump far to either side to try leaning on either arm rest but it doesn't fix the imbalance or absence of lumbar support. For context I'm 210 lbs. and 5'9" so it's not exactly a Dank Demoss kind of problem. I've been using a foldable metal chair for the past week and some change and my spine doesn't hurt anymore. Don't let me tell you how to spend your money but for a minute there I was hunting for a chiropractor thinking my age was the problem (I've never been this old before; wocka wocka). In all seriousness though this chair is work that rewards you with pain. Forget paying $160 for it; Staples couldn't PAY ME $3 000 to keep sitting in this.
