The adjustments for the seat and back move together and only has a tightness adjustment aside from up and down. I am more likely to fall asleep in this chair than get work done.

I'm with the review on 3/23 - the side panel fell off on the left side I superglued it back on and it seems to be holding. Also this chair originally was smooth when moving around in it but now the chair choppily tilts to one side or another. I weigh 172 lbs. I had the chair put together by stables and I bought the warranty. So while they won't give you your money back they at least they gave me a credit to buy another chair. I paid the extra $30 for the build and warranty and they don't reimburse you for that part. Guess I'll look for something with better back support. Sigh.....
