Defective Handles made the whole Chair useless

I assembled the Chair pretty good. Then when I tilt back a little both the handles on the Chair bends as I am laying back. I would not buy his Chair. I'm going to return it. Manufacturer needs to fix this issue. Other that that Chair looks good in terms of Materials looks.

I love the chair ! first the assembly instructions were easily understood being step by step. There was also a phone number to call if you have any problems. The parts were arranged in step by step pkgs. making it easy to verify all parts and qty. and easy to know which parts the instructions were talking about. 2nd great price and quality. 3rd It ranked well on the weight and number of hours allocated for use(longer # than most others in same price range.Very Comfortable too. I am very happy with my purchase.
