This is my second chair purchased. The first got owned by the cats thinking it was a good scratch pad... -.- But this second chair no more cats around. The chair is very comfortable. I work from home and sometimes have to sit working for up to 15 hours at a time. Back never gets tired and has been holding up nice for about two weeks. You may have to tigten the arms after its been used getting up and down and broken in. Also bought a pillow for the chair to use as a nice headrest!

The worst chair I have every owned! Very uncomfortable. Tilt tension does not work. Padding is as hard as a rock. Very slippery material. Can I return it without the box?

Anytime I lean back the entire baseplate tilts right. Over months of working from home this is causing back pain due to the uneven strain on my back. My staple has gone out of business so I can't return it.

I love the chair ! first the assembly instructions were easily understood being step by step. There was also a phone number to call if you have any problems. The parts were arranged in step by step pkgs. making it easy to verify all parts and qty. and easy to know which parts the instructions were talking about. 2nd great price and quality. 3rd It ranked well on the weight and number of hours allocated for use(longer # than most others in same price range.Very Comfortable too. Cheapest memory foam used. Hurts your butt. Right at the tailbone. Mine was 30/45 days old when I returned it. my lawnchair feels so much better. Im in it now :)
