Item was well packed with no visible defects. All parts were there with easy instructions and tool. Very comfortable chair with good padding. Had one before for over six years but padding finally gave out. One down side is that the seat height mechanism will not hold the chair level and at a consistent height. Will most likely have to return the mechanism. Otherwise good chair for the money.

Chair is nice very clean lines comfortable better than my other one I bought from staples I would recommend this to anyone that’s looking for a nice chair. I do dislike the color I would like a brown or green!
