Husband loves the chair. After having it for a week the padding on the right arm came up. I really did not feel like going back to the store to exchange it because it was a little difficult for us to put the chair together.
The chair is OK - comfortable and looks good. There are a couple of issues. The way the arms curve down at the front can make the chair shoot backwards when you get up. The seat only attaches to the base by friction so if you lift it the base can just fall off. I'm not sure it will last very long maybe a year or so. For now it's not too bad for the price.
The only reason I put 4 stars is simply because there are chairs clearly more expensive with high quality components all around. That being said this is a great chair light to move around everything works great. It has formed plastic arms and I don't believe it is real leather. That being said it was supremely easy to assemble (with some basic knowledge and the directions. Tool is provided so none needed. Once assembled the chair is very comfortable we'll see how long the cushion lasts but it definitely meets my needs. Points of interest are because it has some plastic it will flex slightly...not much but it does. I'm an average size person and I can tell but it isn't serious at all. If that bothers you then look for solid metal and pay significantly more $$.
