This chair is uncomfortable. It is angled too far forward for sitting comfortably. It also does not tilt back far enough. Within one month one of the side panels failed and fell off I will have to tape it back on. The leather and padding seem nice but overall I am very unhappy with this chair. I think the problems are engineering and design problems rather than manufacturing. I would not recommend this chair to anyone. It is too much hassle to disassemble repackage and return it so I am going to keep it but I hope you do not find yourself in the same position. In the end I would say do not buy an office chair from Staples on the internet because you cannot test it for comfort.

Chair is very comfortable and easy to assemble. The only thing that keeps me from giving it a five star is the tilt-tension tilt-lock doesn't fully lock in place and therefore a little unstable.
