Office chairs can be expensive. Working long hours where I’m sitting at desk most of time I need something comfortable. I also didn’t want to blow my budget. This chair offer very good comfort level for its price. There are definitely more comfortable chairs but 80-100 dollars more minimum. I can sit in this chair for 5-6 hours and be comfortable. I recommend. It.

Nicely padded but as others mentioned it feels like you are sitting angled forward and you have to constantly brace yourself to sit upright. I was hoping it was just the great padding but it is not. After 8 days it is the same. Extremely uncomfortable having to sit that way and is killing my back. Glad I did not give away my old chair. It was also the most difficult and time consuming chair I ever put together. I was hoping it was worth the fight of putting it together but it is NOT. Definitely returning. Staples closed all stores within 100 mile radius otherwise I would have looked in the stores first.

This was a replacement for another Staples chair that we used every day for at least 10 years. It was easy to set Looks very attractive and appears to be sturdy enough for my 280 pound husband.We would definitely purchase another one like this.
