These chairs are very nice and comfortable for a most of the day sitting down job. The only problem I had is when I bought 3 chairs and put them together and one chair's seat cushion was literally lop-sided. I didnt realize this until my boss said something but it was more than a month later. Thankfully Staples allowed me to put in a warranty request. This would've received a 5 star if it wasn't for the one bad egg out of 3 ordered.

The chair is comfortable and sturdy. For someone that sits in an office chair majority of the workday it seems it will hold up nice. Haven’t had it long enough to rate the quality long term but my last chair I had for over 10 years and it’s in comparable quality.

I received this chair as a Christmas gift from my wife. It's quite comfortable and I can recommend it to folks who are looking for a decent chair at this price point. Only niggle I had was with the assembly. If I were asked to assemble another chair I'd assemble one side arm to the back and base and then attach the other arm rather than follow the included instructions.
