The chair I tried out at the store had a much stronger seat. I feel like when I sit on the padding of the seat that it gives to much. No happy with this product. I gave it three stars because Staples was great in helping me

Id give it five stars but the side screws for the seat were a bit tricky to screw in and the side panels pop out a bit too easily But a good value and real comfortable its gonna be my main office chair

The chair arrived as promised and from first look after assembly it looks very impressive. I do have a couple of issue though. The arm rests are designed so that the inside facing the chair have these slim bars facing you so your legs tend to rub against them and I'm a bit sore from it. It took a few days for it to go away like wearing a new pair of flipflops with the rubber support that goes through your two toes. I think the arms should have been designed so that the side facing the chair is wider and smooth. That way you don't have to break it in with all this soreness. Also it's a good thing I didn't get rid of my old chair immediately because the wheels on this new chair began to drag pretty quickly like within a few days and I could hear it. I replaced them with the wheels from my old chair and that solved the problem otherwise it sounded like these wheels were about to give out. I'll keep it though since I was able to remedy these issues. I took note of all this and the brand and in the future will be much more aware of these types of design flaws. I also probably won't buy another chair online. Best to go to a store and try it out first.
