My new chair is great. Some assembly is required but not very difficult. Some people might need an extra hand but instructions were clear. It took me about 20 minutes to complete.

In one of the arms the punch out for the screw hole was not punched out. It took me 45 minutes to discover this. I called the help line before I discovered the problem they anted to send me a new back. When I discovered the problem I removed the punch out with some difficulty. what should have been a 15 minute job turned into 2 hours. Quality control is seriously lacking.
