Bought it as a gift for my dad as his old chair had lost it's padding. Sat on several chairs at my local Staples and this one stood out as far as comfort. Was packed well parts all there and assembly was simple and took about 20min with the included hex wrench. Looks solid particularly the arms. Didn't measure it but it might be slightly wider than comparable chairs.

Chair is quite big - both in height (far above the head which looks weird on video meetings with others) and it terms of width (arms are thick & bulky). It's definitely comfy but probably wouldn't buy again.

I love the chair but I paid to have them assembled. One chair was assembled properly but the other one was done very poorly. Eight bolts hold the chair together through the two arms. None of the bolts on the second chair was tight and one bolt didn’t even reach its anchor.
