Really a chair that fits 'you' is all you need. This chair fits me and is comfortable. Seems that the quality is good (of course that will be determined in 5-7 yrs). So far for the price you really can't lose.
This chair is comfortable. The armrests are wide. I previously purchased the Lazy Boy Arcadian chair tried it for a few days and did not like it because I felt like my blood circulation in my legs were being cut off (maybe because the chair seat was a little too firm). Also I didn't like the armrests as they were narrow. I exchanged the Lazy Boy for the Staples Mcallum and all is well.

it's a comfortable chair but it took 2 people to assemble it after several tries. The raise-lower handle has the smooth grip side backwards.

We used chair for 2 weeks only! ..This chair was for my son's desk for Christmas.. he takes classes on line and spends a lot of time at his desk. Unfortunately its only January 10th 2019 and the chair is no longer usable. The arms of this chair are attached with screws to a board made of glued together wood chips. This is what gives this chair its support. The left arm of the chair broke through the board under the seat where it is attached. When I tried to put the screw back in the board just crumbles away.
