My old desk chair traveled across 3 states and was beat up and sliding down randomly. I needed a new chair. This one is awesome and comfortable. It was easy to assemble. Took about 30 minutes. Parts were well identified. Chair slides and rotates great. It rises a bit higher than my experience but I like this. I could not be happier.

There was stitching coming out of the arm of the chair. It looks like something tried to stitch it back up. But did a lousy job and had the wrong color thread. I reached out to staples and sent a picture of this and have not heard back anything yet!! I paid over a $100 for this chair that I so desperately need at this time due to the COVID-19. I’m actually working from home.
