First the chair itself.... it is very comfortable with easy adjustments for both height and firmness. Second..... the assembly was so well-explained in the instructions assembly was easy. Color-coded hardware in small packages with each package clearly marked for Step 1 Step 2 etc. I wish all manufacturers would show they really care about making assembly easy for the customers. It's the little details that really count when making the customers happy.

Still very nice chair after one month! The instructions are clear but it was very challenging to attach the back to the side handles. Five stars for quality and price 3 stars for ease of assembly.
