It was a challenge to get the armrests on but did get it. Good support for my back and like all the adjustments. Do wish it would go lower so I didn't need my feet on a stool guess that is the struggle of being short.

For my personal use 2-3 hrs per day I find this particular chair to be comfortable sturdy and an easy to assemble chair. Cushion & back support could be a bit firmer and height adjustment range should be higher. Overall an excellent value from high priced alternatives.
