Pretty easy to put together. Very comfortable. I had a bit of a problem with the lean-back mechanism at first but it's working perfectly now. I've only had it a few days. Ask me again in 6 months.

In one of the arms the punch out for the screw hole was not punched out. It took me 45 minutes to discover this. I called the help line before I discovered the problem they anted to send me a new back. When I discovered the problem I removed the punch out with some difficulty. what should have been a 15 minute job turned into 2 hours. Quality control is seriously lacking.
