I purchased this chair just over a year ago because it seemed to have decent reviews overall. It is very comfortable however the setting to keep the chair from reclining *never* remains in place so I am constantly reclining when I don't want to be and recently it started to sink gradually over the course of an hour. I will set it at the highest setting and within half an hour or so my legs will be extended again or my knees will be tucked up under the chair without my realizing it's because the chair has sunken AGAIN. Very disappointing.

The chair we had was peeling. There were pieces of black stuff all over the area. We had a smaller cloth chair that we were using. But it was not comfortable for long periods of time. It had the little half arm rests seat was not comfortable. This chair has full padded arm rests nicely padded seat & a high back. I am very satisfied w/it.

The front of the left armrest pad has become detached. The plastic stud broke off. The broken post piece sits in the receiver socket. The covered pad on top of the armrest is free from the hard plastic arm.

Service ordering was great I was able to get the chair discounted more by a FB coupon plus Free Delivery. The chair came the following day I put it together in our new office where my husband works 2/3rds of the time from and he loves this chair. The lifting lever tension control knob and tilt. He didn’t want a new chair “old one’s fine” but loves working in it at his desk. Thank you
