My original order for this chair had to be replaced because of the chair arms were not matching in height. I believe the pre-drilled holes on the seat were slightly off by 1/2". So I called customer service and the exchange process went very smoothly. Staples resent me a new replacement chair the next day! Great work customer service center! The Mcallum BLM chair is nice and comfortable. I can sit in it a full day while working at home. I'm very happy and satisfied with ordering this chair on-line. Overall ordering thru Staples is seamless and efficient and I would be glad to order other items when the need arises. Thanlks

Nice looking and comfortable. However if the arms get worn out don't know how to r err place the fabric as it appears to be glued on instead of of being able to remove and upholster.

As I assembled the chair the right arm where you place your hand was popped up a 1/2 inch. It would not stay down in the correct position. I worked on it so it would remain in the correct position. It’s still about an 1/6th of an inch sticking up and makes a sound when pressed down firmly. At some point I will have to report this in order to get an replacement.
