I purchased 3 of these over a year and a half. I sent all three back because they will not stay at the level you set. All three drop regardless of weight of the person using the chair.

I expected the seat to move. It does not. Disappointing. Also doesn't move well on plastic chair guide for under the desk. We bought that at the same time we bought the chair. It’s an okay chair but not great. I suppose I need to spend hundreds of dollars to get a ‘great’ chair.

The problem with that chair because the chair is not coming up the way it says in the book. I try to put it together nothing. My brother tries to fix it still nothing. I just don't know what else to say. That chair I just don't have words.
