General office chair that is a step above from your basic chairs. Padding is comfortable and offers support to a staff that sometimes needs to be sitting most of the day. It’s a great go too if you do not have much space as the arms are optional. Works for us

I went to the Staples store looking for a chair I found online but they didn't have it. I chose this chair because it was the closest to what I was looking for. The chair didn't fit my back and I didn't realize that the other chair online had "tilt" options and was cheaper. I returned the chair to the store and ordered the other chair online and I am very happy with this new chair - it fits my back purrfectly!

The seat doesn't quite tilt far enough back when I initially sit. For me the tilt should be just a bit higher on the front edge to make it comfortable. Other than that and remember that's MY preference it's a good chair. Good looking; sturdy.
