Purchased the chair unassembled and without the product protection coverage. Got it home and was unable to assemble it as one of the bolt holes was not drilled out correctly/completely. I called the store and explained the problem. FIrst question was ‘Did you buy the product protection?’ When I told the gal that I had not she acted like that was the problem. When I pointed out that it was a defect that made the chair unable to be put together not a warranty issue she said I could bring the chair back in. It seems insane that a person should have to buy product protection just to get a useable piece of furniture.

This is a great chair for this price point. I love that it swivels and reclines. Much more comfortable than what I had before. Good variety of colors as well. So far the seat is a little bit firmer than the ones I tried in the store but that was likely due to many people trying it out and I’m sure mine will soften up a little more over time. Would buy again.

I wanted a desk chair that fit me (5 ft 3 inches) and found this one at Staples. They had some set up at the store so that I could be sure that it would be comfortable enough. Helping me to make the decision to buy it was that it was also on sale and we had a store coupon. It has been a great early birthday gift for me from my husband.

Great color chair! Comfortable and maneuvers easily. Great price. Adjusts up and down and has a slight lean back. Only thing I don’t like about the chair and I knew this before I purchased it the back is stationary does not move back for additional comfort on the seat. Could not beat the price so I bypassed this.
