The previous chair was padded with fake leather which cracked ...was uncomfortable and unsightly. The new chair is pretty and comfortable. It has better back support than my previous chair the seat and armrests are comfortable.

I love my new Union & Scale™ Essentials Ergonomic Fabric Swivel Task Chair. It is very comfortable to sit in at my computer for long periods of time. The assembly was quick. I left the arms off as I prefer a chair without arms and it is still very stable

I saw and sat in this chair while in the store. I was blown away. I told my husband jokingly to come back in an hour. So we just bought it and I love it. He tightened the knob underneath so the chair back doesn’t rock. It sits up straight. Just this past week I was able to remove the left arm because it was catching my desk. That was due to me getting up and out towards the right. For a small fee we got the extended warranty. I’d say “Go For It!”

After sitting in every chair on display at all prices I chose this one. And it is outstanding. The seat is deep enough for good leg support. And it is very comfortable. Worth note the packaging was outstandingly user friendly and idiot proof and made assembly very easy. I am considering getting more of these chairs. Highly recommend them.
