I love this chair! It was easy to set up taking only about 15 minutes. The chair is very comfortable and moves very easy on hard surfaces (wood/tile). Only wish I had given up on the old office chair sooner...

Good looking chair BUT the casters are EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to put on. They need to redesign this part of the chair it shouldn’t be this difficult and frustrating.
