I needed a comfortable task chair that has good lumbar support without being heavy and too complicated. This chair fits the bill--it puts your spine in a natural position so you can sit at the desk for a longer time without getting neck strain. The seat has a nice cushion so your tail is happy too. Very happy with this chair
