Easy to assemble though I did have to reach out about how to keep the casters secure (lol) and comfortable for the type of chair it is.

Chair is great but adjustable back does not work

This chair is great! Fits perfectly under my somewhat low desk (even with the arm rests) but the adjustable knob to make the seat back firmer/looser does not work. Either way it is twisted it feels exactly the same. Otherwise a great chair!

Wanted a comfortable chair that would not break the bank. Chair sits nice. It is functional. Need a chair at a good price point consider this one.
