All of the parts and the tool to put it together were included in the package. It went together quickly and easily. It is a good deal for the price and so far seems to be good quality. Desperately needed a decent chair to use while working from home for weeks and maybe months on end during this pandemic. This chair is a major step up from the dining room chair I was using. For the price it is a good solid chair to make this time more comfortable. The seat is a little bit hard. It also tilts forward a little further than I would like and is a little difficult to tilt back even when the tilt adjustor is loosened. This all puts a bit of excess pressure on my tailbone. Given I couldn't go into a store to try out a chair before buying though I can't really complain. What's comfortable for others may be different than what is comfortable for me. I have to say it looks great and is pretty well made for the price!

This chair is getting the work done for me and my brother while in quarantine for COVID-19. I ordered two of these chairs one gray and a black one for my brother. I'm working from home and brother is trying to finish his senior year online. I leaned towards these chairs because they're affordable and have a clean minimal aesthetic. As someone who works for the commercial furniture industry and sits on a Herman Miller Aeron chair at work I knew this chair would not stand the test of time compared to the high end ones but this chair is good enough for now. It's overall a good construction. The only thing that I feel will wear in a few months (or weeks considering how much I use it) is the seat. These chairs are not designed to be sat on for 8 hours of the day. If I only sat on it periodically it would be fine. Overall I'm pleased because it was an emergency purchase it was affordable delivery time was impressive and the aesthetic is there for me. Thank you Staples for the discount! I have back problems and this chair was enough to fix my bad posture I was getting from using my dining chair
