I am so happy with this purchase. This chair is perfect for my home office. I love the colors and it is definitely comfortable. This chair was affordable and I am satisfied with sitting in it for multiple hours during the day. Putting the chair together was also very easy and took about 15 mins.
For the price the chair serves its purpose and is aesthetically pleasing however the cushion for the seat seems to already be molding to the shape of my hips/thighs it has not really held its shape well. Otherwise comfortable and easy to put together. I would recommend this chair to a friend that needs an inexpensive nice looking desk chair.

Didn't Have to Spend An Arm and a Leg for Comfort!

Totally great buy! To preface my review I am a 5'2.5" woman: I tested all the chairs that caught my attention in store and chose this one because it was the most comfortable. I wish I had had taken a picture when I first opened the box: Union & Scale's method of packaging parts should be an industry standard - each part was clearly labeled in its own pouch with a card denoting A B C etc. and the screws were color-coded. The (wonderful) Store Manager estimated that it would take about 15 minutes to assemble so I used the rest of my lunch break to put it together. The instructions were very easy to follow. However it took me about 30 minutes total because of the casters. A word of warning: each of the 5 took varying amounts of wiggling and manipulation to fit them into the chair's base; I actually broke a sweat fitting the final one in. Once that hurdle was cleared assembling the rest of it was a breeze. The lack of features found in many higher-end ergonomic chairs made it perfect for me: the arms are not adjustable which I prefer (you have the option to not install them) there is no mechanism to adjust the angle of lumbar support (but the curve is very effective) and the top is mesh instead of padding (which helps your back not sweat). Another deciding factor was the aesthetics of it: I wanted a chair with a color scheme befitting my bedroom/"home office due to COVID-19" decor which has a Midcentury Modern vibe. Even thought most of the chair is very plastic the white parts are really bright and look great with the grey seat cushion. However the part that allows you to adjust the chair the base and the tops of the casters are metal. The combination of white and grey also make it a great neutral or alternative to black. The differing heights I've used it at so far have all been comfortable. I cannot speak to how the chair would feel for those who are taller than me but I imagine this would be ideal for those who are 5'5" and under.
