I am not very tall and I am usually experiencing neck and shoulder pain due to the height and seating angles when working at my computer (even with adjustable chairs). I have to say sitting in my new "Union & Scale™ Essentials Mesh Back Fabric Task Chair" is the first I have ever owned that adjusts perfectly to my needs. It is extremely comfortable to work from for long hours. I ordered this chair in Gray. The seat and back are grey the arms and base are white. The color is absolutely perfect for my office. Needless to say I am very pleased. Oh! and it only took this girl 30 minutes to assemble! Very easy and concise directions. Thank you.

This chair was easy to put togethe. Has a wider seat than expected. It adjusts up and down. Good chair for the price. Wish the arm rests moved up and down too. Wish the back would slide back. Overall very functional and worth the price. Ordered another one for my teen. She put hers together by herself.

For reference I'm a 5'7 135 lbs and I hit the bottom of the padding by day two. It was so uncomfortable in my seat and in my neck after two days of work I'm already working on disassembling it to return it. That teaches me a lesson on trying to go for the cheapest chair.
