I needed to remove the arms on the chair to have it work with the desk. The arms cannot be adjusted up or down to slide below the desktop. Lowering the chair is a pain.

This chair is beautiful especially in white and grey. I returned it though as it lacks lumbar support. I’m a big guy 6’2 .. 250lbs. I need support unfortunately this lacked. It may work for you if you’re a smaller person.
