I am very happy with my decision to purchase this chair. The height adjustment works smoothly. I am 5' 3.5" tall and have it on it's lowest setting so if you are under 5' I would test this out in person first to make sure it will go low enough for you. I like that the arms are easily removable and can be left off if I decide to use it armless. They are also slightly adjustable to position their width apart (probably 1/2" each). It is done by where you position them in the screws before tightening. The seat is also nicely padded.

we bought this as a replacement for the old and dilapidated desk chair. it was nicely build and easy to assemble. although the seat cushion is not what i am expecting not too hard. i basically can feel the wood on the cushion. i am about 140lbs and for my opinion the cushion at this weight should be able at least to give me a little more comfortable. overall this is basically good especially for those who works at home at this times.
