For the price (I got it discounted and w/a coupon) is a decent chair if you're not at an 8hr desk job as it is very basic (arms don't move basic up and down function and some some give when leaning back). I move around a lot through-out the day and probably spend 4hrs on the chair a day. That seems to be my back's limit even with movement breaks.
