It seems like a sturdy chair and should work for my needs whenever I have to work from home. Haven’t used it much yet but where the mesh touches my back isn’t ideal for me. It’s similar to the mesh chairs in our work office but not quite.
I am 5'2" with a small frame. This chair is fairly comfortable but a) my feet don't touch the ground because of the depth of the seat b) the arm rests are too wide for someone with a petite frame and they are not adjustable c) the back support is decent but definitely not what I was expecting based on the description of the chair. The color is nice it feels fairly sturdy the wheels glide easily over carpet. My chair did arrive with a few scuff marks and a small stain on the fabric but I can live with it. It is a bit larger than I was expecting overall but it's not huge and will still work in a fairly small space. Assembly was easy except for the wheels - they are nearly impossible to insert using just hand and arm strength. I needed to use a hammer wrapped in a towel to get them in properly. *Wheel insertion tip: get the wheel reasonably secured in the base so it won't fall out immediately turn the base over so the wheel is on the floor (do this on carpet) and use a rubber mallet or a hammer wrapped in a towel to tap the base of the chair from the top - the wheel will pop into place much easier than trying to force it in from the top.
I simply love this chair. It has support just where I need it it's nice looking and it's easy to use the height adjuster. I give it a 5 but I'd give it a 5.5 if the arm rests were padded. Definitely would recommend!
